I have come over to EE from a legacy BT mobile account felt like I was “Press ganged” but promised it would all be fine 🤷♀️
I am trying to link my mobile to the app but to no avail it will not send me a code & after several attempts locks me out of trying 🤦🏼♀️
I called to speak to an advisor & although he was very nice could not assist! So I am now left unable to check my account!
Not such a smooth experience as I was promised can someone please assist?

What happens when you try to link it? Do you get any error messages?
