Cannot Upgrade Through Website Or App

 I am eligible for an upgrade and have been for some time now but I cannot use the upgrade function through the EE website. I cannot even click the Upgrade box when it gives me the 3 options (Shop, Upgrade, Manage Account). 


I have tried various browsers and devices, I've cleared my cookies & cache but still nothing.

Why is something that should be so simple so complicated?

Yes I am currently on a Sim Only. 

 

Now for some reason I cannot even view phones to add as another line.

I'm having the exact same problem!

Been trying to upgrade for ages and I'm sim only. Can't connect to anyone on live chat either
