Can't link EE pay go SIM to EE account

I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error. 

The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.

Hey! Having the same trouble. New subscription sim and current ee account. Won't link.

I’m experiencing the same problem have been trying for days can’t link my new pay as you go sim card  to my account  after moving from another provider ,please help.

Number transfer went smoothly.

Hi. Please contact EE via the webchat they have sorted it for me while online. All sorted and sim is linked to my EE account. Hope this helps x

Hi. I think I stumbled across it by scrolling down to the bottom and going on contact us. Hope that helps

Hi. I've just tried it. Go to the bottom of the forum home page scroll down and click on help then accounts and billing and mobile and it should take you through to a chat

I'm also having the same issue, I had signed up for the 15 pound Pay as you go Sim plan too and I cant seem to link the sim to my EE account.

Hi. I sorted mine via a webchat.  On the home forum page scroll down to help then contact us billing/accounts and go through the options til it says they will connect you. Hope this helps.
