Hi. I'm fed up now and really thinking of leaving EE to another provider. I have 2 lines with EE and both due for upgrade and want to use my EE perks discount code as I work for NHS. I been told by customer service that I can only use the code on line and can not use in store or over the phone.  Everything I try to clickmon upgrade it tries to.load upgrade page and says that tonuograde I need to call 150 and they just fob me off. I can't see what deals are on offer and I get told that the offers are same for new and existing customer and another guys says northern offers are different.  EE yiu need to sort your website out as the company as your size this is ridiculous. Just to say that you are now refusing me to do upgrade online by using the ee perk code and not honouring the code over the phone even it's your fault. I have spoken to customer servixe quite few time and if this is not resolved then I will have to escalate complaint to where ever it's necessary.  I have been with EE for 16 years. Your staff do not know what is the cause of this issue.  Please advise what can I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble completing your upgrade online, and I know you'll be eager to get this sorted out. 

Our team over the phone can double check why this is happening, and send this off for further investigation if needed. 

Your Perk discount does have to be applied in the checkout section online. However, as you're facing issues you can escalate this to a team leader who will check your eligibility and discuss the next steps.
