I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error.
The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.

Are you able to use your SIM to make or receive calls @fhzzky?
This will confirm your SIM is active.

Hello, yes i’m using this sim right now. I can use internet, call and receive calls and messages.

If your SIM is activated and you still can't link it to My EE, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can link it manually for you.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂

I tried to contact the EE customer service and they could not even connect the number to the account even though I can use my sim fine. (Call, SMS and DATA)
Is there a particular technical problem EE encountering?
