Can't link EE pay go SIM to EE account

I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error. 

The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.

i have the same problem. new account, new sim, already topped up but can not link  to account. i did get the passcode and at the last step it was unable to link. very annoying now

Hi @Umarshanarif 

Does the SIM card have credit or a pack? Once it's been topped up and the pack activated, you should be able to register it.

You can check by using the automated service on 150.

I too am having the same issue 
I bought the PAY as you go from a grocery store today. Whenever I try and link it to the account it says there are issues and to try again later, but later produces the same results
