Bills and Payments not working

Since the recent update to the android app I am not able to see anything but an error message when trying to check Bills & payments, both in the app and online web browser.

Is there a fix available please.

Just to recap also - I have a complaint with reference number - however no one seems very concerned about complainst - guessing they have 1000s.

The complaint was raised on September 10 - not a dicky bird since. At the same time as raising the complaint for me the customer service agent in Ireland promised to ring me back between 4 and 8pm on Tuesday.  No call occurred and no further update has been received.

once again it is my billing date and I cant see or access my bill (2nd month running)

what does the community suggest I do?

Cancel my direct debit? 

Just put up with it?

I am going to ask to receive a free paper bill with prepaid envelope and that I send a cheque as remittance.

Pretty sure EE is breaking its contractual agreement to provide me with a bill

OK I have a new idea.

Can  someone on here who works for EE delete my Profile/Account. I can then try and set it up from scratch at my end. Someone on 150 said they had done this and a few seconds later said it was reinstated, it did not work as a remedy.

I just want someone to delete it all and I will set it up again as though a new customer would. I cannot access my existing profile to change or delete it. It is I believe corrupted causing all this problem.

And no I don't want to talk to 150 as not all on there share a common level of knowledge concerning EE, their products or the technical ability to fix a problem. Due respect they all try to help, which doesn't !

To remove the account you would need to contact us, we have no account access on the community to fully remove all details for you to register again. If you can contact us again when you get the chance the team will get help you get the details removed.

The support ticket should still be open until this is resolved for you, to check for an update and to discuss setting up paper billing until this is resolved please get back in touch with our customer care team.
