If you click back to the add-ons page where it offers insurance, there should be a summary at the bottom, with a basket symbol at the side.

On the opposite side you'll find an arrow which allows you to expand the summary.

You can then click Edit Basket to make your changes.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi There

I also have the same problem (using a Desktop browser).  I need to delete an item from my basket, and nowhere at all to remove it.  It's slightly annoying as the continue button I clicked on seems to be attached to the Mobile upgrade and not the Sim upgrade - even though they are on the same page?

How can I remove this please as I cannot see an add-ons page as you state above.

Many thanks.

Hi @Katharine73,

Welcome to the EE Community

The add-ons page referred to is just the first one once you add a device to your basket. You should have a summary of the device on your basket on the right hand side of your browser, at the very top of this is an Edit basket option with a pencil icon.

Once you click that Edit basket button a trash can icon and a pencil icon will appear under the devices you have in basket to allow you to either delete or edit the device in basket.

See if you are able to delete it that way, if you find you are unable to please try deleting the cookies and cache for the EE website from your browser, and also try an alternative browser to see if that works.
