Been trying to upgrade to an S25 ultra but get the above message. App says I'm eligible and my contract ends 26th Feb 2025 but there are simply no options available.....I cant even switch to a sim only plan. I've recently taken out a second contract for my step daughter. So you were happy for me to have a second line but not happy for me to upgrade?.......11 years a loyal customer

Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies?
Not sure what being a 11 year customer has got to do with it.
