I tried to cancel this on saturday but as i was answering each question by txt msg, i got a question that kept saying "could not load file" due to ee not having any openung times at wknd, i couldnt continue with the cancellation. I ended up in hospital briefly on sunday night and only got home tonight at 10 which meant they were closed for calls. My 14th day is tomorrow. Will i still b able 2 cancel and get my £50 upfront cost back?
