I want to link my mobile accounts to my broadband account in the App.
I go through the process and get a message like "There's a problem at our end, please try again later"
Keeps happening, never accepts my inputs.
What's the way forward for me ?

In order to sync your Broadband and Mobile accounts, you will need to call EE on 150 who can merge these for you if you're still having issues.
