EE bill seems high

Hi,

I have been with EE for many years. I  have a mobile router and a dumphone with EE.

My contract actually expired some  months ago, and when i tried to  get a new one, EE said they couldnt do that for me, because they couldnt  find my address. But i live in a bona fide block of flats in Bournemouth. EE did say they would just keep me going on some kind of rolling contract.Bill for dumbphone.pngBill for mobile router.png

Though can you indicate what kind of price could be offered to me by EE, because my current bill (attached) of £38.62 per month seems high, and much higher then my freinds are paying for their phone/internet.

Hi @treez

You have left your number on both those images.

Upgrading doesn't need a credit check unless you're after a phone but where is your service registered now. Are you on the electoral roll.

There are definitely some deals to be had on the SIM only plans https://ee.co.uk/mobile/sim-only-deals

Thanks
