Hi,
I have been with EE for many years. I have a mobile router and a dumphone with EE.
My contract actually expired some months ago, and when i tried to get a new one, EE said they couldnt do that for me, because they couldnt find my address. But i live in a bona fide block of flats in Bournemouth. EE did say they would just keep me going on some kind of rolling contract.

Though can you indicate what kind of price could be offered to me by EE, because my current bill (attached) of £38.62 per month seems high, and much higher then my freinds are paying for their phone/internet.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @treez,
I'd recommend reaching back out to our team about the trouble you're having upgrading, and they should be able to get this sorted, and get you a better plan.

Hi @treez
You have left your number on both those images.
Upgrading doesn't need a credit check unless you're after a phone but where is your service registered now. Are you on the electoral roll.
There are definitely some deals to be had on the SIM only plans https://ee.co.uk/mobile/sim-only-deals
Thanks

Welcome back to the Community, @treez
I've had to recall the image s you shared here as these contain personal details, but please feel free to reupload these with all numbers masked.
We would imagine that there is an address registered on your account at the moment, has this since changed, or have you always lived in the same place?
I can't see this causing an issue with upgrading though, as both of your numbers are SIM Only so no delivery would be required and the plan updates automatically at our end.

Thanks very much.
Yes my address has changed several times since i signed up with EE. I currently live in a flat block which is home to mostly overseas students. My Landlord pays my council tax. I applied to go on the electoral roll to the local council but they either never wrote back, or the letter was lost, as all of the mail for all residents in our flat block gets tossed on a huge pile of unclaimed mail and sometimes things get lost. We do each have individual mailboxes but the postman doesnt put the mail into them as its behind a locked door....so he just dumps the mail through the single letterbox.
Please find the replaced images of my monthly bill as attached.
