I am unable to access my account from the website with the following error message:
'Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).'
The browser cache and cookies have been cleared without success and the same error occurs on multiple browsers.
Does anyone know if there is a solution to the issue?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If it is happening after trying to clear the cookies and cache and on different browsers, I'd recommend trying different devices as well.
If that still brings up the same error, please give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further.
