Hi, have tried on numerous occasions to link my mobile to the app, cleared the data and cache still doesn't work? I take it this app has been updated? Because the original one i no problem with it, any advice gratefully received, ta

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you haven't already, it is worth trying to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that lets you link your mobile.
If it doesn't, you can also try by logging in through the EE website.
If you continue to have trouble, please give our tech guides a call and they'll be able to look into this further for you.
