App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

The database which holds the allowances must be ok, since the texting system still works.  So it must be something to do with the communication between the database & the apps?

Apparently not yet solved as still can’t see my allowances and usage - any idea when this will be fixed ?

Sorry, we don't have a fix date for this issue yet.

Despite me renewing my plan, it still says I have no data nor minutes. It has been like this for weeks now and I don’t know how to fix it. I have data and minutes as I am using right now but my app says otherwise.

@Taihan what does texting BALANCE to 150 return?     If your account is not displaying correctly it might be worth calling customer services and requesting that they reset your online account 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The phone & computer apps havn't been working for about 3 weeks now.  The only thing you can do is text Bal to 150, and EE will send you a message with all your allowances.

Yes same for 3 weeks now

My allowances not sowing up on the recent version of the my ee app, or online, so cant check how much is left unless I text AL to 150. The previous version of the app made it so much easier to just see what allowances I had left. is anyone else having this problem?
