My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Sadly I am still not seeing data in the app so I’m using the online account. Pain in the backside but at least I can keep my data usage under control!

I'm wondering if this and the "add-on.ee.co.uk/status not working over HTTPS" thing are related.
It looks like the server serving up add-on.ee.co.uk is (mis)configured to serve over HTTP only, not HTTPS. If the API for retrieving PAYG allowance details is in the same place, it would explain why both the online version of My EE and the mobile app are unable to get that data if they're doing what they should be doing and talking to the API over HTTPS.

@Mustafa365 The PAYG line in question is running on a £20 pack that gets you 30 GB of data. There was a data roll-over of 15 GB from the previous pack and I have 5x 500 MB boosts. Add that up and you get 47.5 GB of data, give or take. 150 was telling me that I had about 120 GB of data remaining.
