App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Well you would think with the fact they are a big company they should be able to fix a problem quicker than guesting a month

@Jura1605 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

why can't I see app? how much internet is left? always shows 0. Аpp is not working properly, and accessed your website through a computer, my Login same problem shows 0 internet

I’m on 100gb data but it says zero. I know it’s not zero because I don’t use a lot and also I can still download create a hotspot with other devices and download off this account. But I want to see how much data I have. It says zero.

For a huge company this failure to fix the website and app is awful. What
faith can there be in a communications company that is finding fault fixing
so very difficult?
