My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

When I log into my account either online or via the EE app, my allowances show only 100MB of data, 0 minutes and 0 texts. If I text BALANCE to 150 I get my full accumulated entitlement of 1.2GB of data, 120 minutes and 35 texts. Why does this not show when I log into my account?

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.

Why is the data minutes and texts allowance not showing on profiles the same way they have for years? its been on zero details for all the last 4 days? and EE are not doing anything. I am a pay as you go customer and have been for 20 years this is not on.

The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our support team.
To access your allowance information in the meantime please text BALANCE to 150. You can also visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi for remaining data allowance.
