My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

I have the same issue. Text message shows usage information but the app and MyEE online shows no usage. 😟

Mine is showing 0 of 0 data. Just stopped working yesterday even though I know I have data/minutes/text left. Does not show usage. Cannot use phone except on wifi please advise.

Same for me. I did online chat yesterday which did not resolve this. What's going on?

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.
