os not working and I’m unable to check my bills.
This has been going on for days now, no communication from EE.

Typical app worked perfectly until an update required now viewing your bill doesn’t work.
reinstalling app has no effect , turning phone off and on, spinning round and round and wishing I was in Kansas doesn’t work 🥵

I did all of that
App still not working
I did contact technical support. First time somebody said will call me back and nobody did.
Second time somebody told me nothing can be done.
I did ask if that would be fixed? When? Will I get a notification? He said no. So you provide app that is useless and your technical team not able to help.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. What happens when you try to use the app? Are you getting any error messages?
Have you tried deleting and redownloading it?
