Tests going to wrong phone

Hi I have a couple of lines on my account and I’m getting texts for  order, bills etc going to the wrong phone I’ve got my phone number on my account and it’s on the EE app but still everything is still going through to my other phone. If I order something the delivery code comes through to my phone.
