Ee has been shockingly bad this year and the whole network of customers are suffering while paying hard earned money. The app is an absolute joke the live chat is laughable, they pick and choose when they want to be available to help customers 90% of the time you can tell they can't be bothered, and the low quality music blasting while trying to call them adds insult to injury.

@MorggDonn how can they pick and choose what calls to answer when they don’t know what your issue is. Customer services are not responsible for the amount of calls they receive any any one time and to 2nd @Northerner comment I’ve always spoken with customer customer service when needed even if I’ve been on hold.

The app is a disgrace, the reviews speak for themselves, and I'm taking about live chat, they pick and choose when they want to answer, act unprofessionally, lie often. Last year was good customer service, but they've left the app broken for months, and had a huge decline in the quality of customer service.
