Did you mean:

terrible non existant customer service with EE

Russ35

I am going with back to BT and their brilliant service.  I have only just joined EE and want to buy some N-real glasses as I am deaf.  EE make it impossible to talk to them by mail (needed by me obviously) and their website just doesnt work. I will spend my £400 elsewhere!!!! Terrible 'sister company' for BT.

I have spent hours trying to get through to EE .....IMPOSSIBLE - I give up. I dont suppose anyone from EE will even bother to see this.

Hello @Russ35 .

Welcome to the community,

Maybe one of us can help, what is your query?

Not sure why you are having problems getting through to EE. It has only taken me at the most 30 minutes. The best way is not to spend hours getting through to them, but also choosing the best time, and if it seems a long time, hang up and try again. There is no email, but there is the chat, so long as you are on a monthly contract.

What is the problem with EE website?

Right now EE have the new Apple products, and so can be busy with other customers, so may not answer your call as quickly as you would like.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Russ35  You don’t need to speak to anyone to order from the add to plan store.  You only need to be a EE customer for 30 days before you can order from the add to plan store.  You obviously need to be a contract customer to order from the add to plan store.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
