I have 3 lines (Sim only) all in contract, I want to upgrade one of them which they say is fine but the they have offered it £17 more than on the website FULL WORKS sim only (£48 but to joe bloggs it is £31.) why do they do this ? it winds me up so much.  The plan that I want to upgrade is currently £17 a month

@Ricman01  It’s called enticing new customers.   Login to your account to see what’s available for you or call customer support to see if they can offer you something else.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes thought that, but £48 to me and £31 to to new customers !! its a joke. They will offer me £31 if I take a 4th line out but seeing as one of the inclusive options i was after is £18.99 a month, I can go direct to the inclusive company and pay the £18.99 (£1.99 more) but in no contract.

I will ring them tomorrow.

Is the line out of contract and what is the non-discounted price of the line in question? Upgrades have to be equal or higher than the non-discounted price on an in-contract line.

It shows at £31 for me on an out-of-contract line, so there must be something blocking you from accessing it at that price.
