App and Website almost unusable - impossible to talk to anyone

I went to see about adding an accessory to my account on the website and app and I am just stuck in a loop. All it does is give you the option to checkout adding to your monthly payment and then it either tells you to login and then takes you back to the beginning or it just blanks your basket. when I try to call EE it send me a text message with a link that does not open and I can't talk to anyone. I'm so frustrated, I don't mind an automated system but it just doesn't work.

Welcome to the community.

What happens if you log in, and then select the device you're looking to add to your plan? Does this happen with more than one item?

Could you try doing it on another device or browser please?

Hi Chris, yes this is when I have logged in first. I've tried on my phone on the website, on the app and also on 2 different computers but it's the same everytime unfortunatly even on different browsers. I'm completly baffled

I recommend giving us a call on 150. Press option 2, then follow the prompts for mobile support. Once you're able to get through to someone, they'll be able to check eligibility and try and help you get that add to plan product added.
