It’s impossible to enter a US cc address in the app or website because there’s a validation bug. It seems to not know us postcodes are digits!

please EE get a clue and provide a way to accept feedback - DIRECTLY

@adrianblakey , where are you trying to put US address? I believe that EE app and website will only accept UK addresses, as this is a UK network. What exactly are you trying to do and why?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@adrianblakey : Anything, like SIMs, ordered from EE will not be sent to a non-UK addy. Hence you need to provide a UK addy.
