Account logon.

I’ve been unable to login into my account for months!!!  I’ve spoke to various customers service assistants and they are unable to resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Linking my broadband to the app

Ive been trying to link my new broadband to the app, but when i try it requires a billing number that shows up on my broadband bill. However, to get this i need to look at my bill through the app, which i cant do until i link the broadband to the app...

Récent app update

Incorrect phone number shown

I logged into my account - an my mobile number number was incorrect. I tried to change it but the code was sent to the incorrect number. Is this a problem?

Resolved! EE app won't let me upgrade

EE app won't let me upgrade my additional line.  Whenever I click on it it takes me to the website and says it can't log me in?! This is the second time it has happened. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted the cache. Not sure what else to do wit...
