Is there a real person on the EE team in UK who can help with a simple issue of me not being able to accesing my account to see my plan, usage and bills instead of going around a circle over and over again for no result at the end!

@HASANTA can you access your online account not via the EE app ? If not you need to call customer support and request that they reset your account.
