Hi
I use pay as you go and have recently topped my credit up. When I log in, the credit shows in my account. However, I can’t use that credit to buy a pack. The app is currently unusable so I tried the website. I get a message saying that the payment couldn’t be taken. I have tried calling and texting 150. Texts don’t send and when I try to call I get a message saying that I don’t have enough credit to make the call.
What is happening????

I've just sorted it out on my brothers phone with one of your colleagues. It had been dormant for longer than I thought and so was in hibernation. I’ll know next time!

When was the last time you used the SIM to make a chargeable call, send a text or top up before the most recent credit that has been added?
Are you in the UK or roaming?
