Hello,
Please can you let me know how I activate these discounts if I have both a BT broadband plan and an EE monthly SIM only plan.
I am an existing BT customer has been for years. I was also an existing EE customer and used to receive these discounts. Recently EE cancelled the SIM only plan I was on and moved me to a new higher priced plan with similar data (thanks EE, but I guess they can do that) - however I no longer seem to receive any of the benefits of being a BT customer. Apart from being very frustrating that this wasn’t just carried over, that plus the fact that it’s impossible to find an equivalent sensibly priced SIM only plan for EE means at the moment my current options are just to change both broadband provider and mobile provider towards two other low-cost options.
please could someone let me know how these BT customer benefits are activated, the EE website is a nightmare and just wants to try and upsell me to an even more expensive plan or sell me a shiny new phone neither of which I want.

In order to access the special offers for having BT and EE products, your online accounts do need to be linked.
If you are not seeing any offers, I'd recommend getting in touch and one of our guides can check these are linked correctly and talk you through what's available.
