@resuello27 , are you on pay as you go, and if so when did you last make a chargeable call or text?
If on a monthly contract, is your bill up to date?
We have no idea what your problem is without more information.
If on pay as you go, depending when you last used it to make a call or text, it could have gone into hibernation.
