All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

People from the EE Community Support Team have said they are looking into it, but who knows?

@mixalis The moderators have assured us that the relevant teams have had the issue flagged to them and there was some information gathering a couple of weeks ago.
Whether that means said relevant teams are actually doing something about it is another matter. I suspect that fixing this is not a business priority because a) actual service/connectivity isn't affected, b) fixing the issue isn't going to bring any more revenue into EE's coffers, and c) those affected are not a source of continuous revenue (i.e. contracts) for EE so they're lower priority anyway.

This is consistent with that Leanne said (and didn’t say) on the 18 Nov as a response to my questions.
They have acknowledged they know about the issue, but have not confirmed if they are working towards a solution, nor committed that they ever will.

@mixalis I can't see them not ever fixing this. It just might not be this year as I'm sure they're busy working on more ways to extract money from users for the Christmas period (less than 5 weeks away!). EE is both an ongoing commercial concern out to make money and a mobile network operator.

That's a good point, they havn't actually said they're trying to fix the issue! We just assume they are!
