Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Just got in and Thx for reply @Leanne_T 

I did a txt to 150 and see.. 

You have 136 minutes, 34 texts and 534MB remaining until 27/08/2022


So obviously a reporting problem for app. Sorry to vent but it’s been a bit of a difficult day. I will use 150 for now.

New app showing zero data, minutes and texts. Deleted App and reinstalled twice, but same deal. Anyone any ideas as to why?

It is a system failure that started on Monday, you will see on this thread it is a widespread failure. EE is very quiet about it. It is all still there you just can't see it send AL to 150 and you will get the actual values instead of 0,0,0 hope that helps but don't hold your breath.

Is there any official update from EE about when this is expected to be fixed? Not seen anything on Twitter, EE website or anywhere else, and this started on Monday

Hi,

I am having an issue with the app and website. I cannot see how much data I have used and have left as I normally would be able to see. It shows as 0gb used and 0gb remaining and I know this is not right as my data automatically renews on the 12th. Please can this be looked into as I only started having this problem recently after the app was updated. @

Not that I've seen, my app is still showing 0,0,0, just text AL to 150 to get the actual figures. No dourt we'll chickle when the when / if it is fixed. Communication to customers seems to be a problem, ironic really.

Your not alone, I (and it appears others) also have the same issue, but if I text BALANCE to 150 it responds with what appears to be a correct allowance \ usage.

Seems EE needs to respond to this and they have a system \ app issue of some sort.

Mine is the same, 0 for everything even though my pack renewed yesterday.
