Hello, are any of you having problems adding anything to your account from either the app or the Web. Can not do anything on either so am after some help

2 mobile contact, mine and mother's with the ability to add a further 3. Looking at a tablet yet Web and app not allowing me with the answer not able to offer at this time

Which accessory or device are you trying to purchase? 

If you are looking to add an accessory to your plan, are you within the first 17 months of the contract?

4 months into a new 24 month contract but have been with the network since 2008
