Hello, are any of you having problems adding anything to your account from either the app or the Web. Can not do anything on either so am after some help

Am in contact with someone on messenger but am waiting for a responce. Spoke to 150 yesterday and they say j can do it yet the app and Web is saying g someone completely different

You need to tell the social media team or what ever to post that there are issues as have just got off the phone and apparently they have had many calls over the last few days regarding similar issues yet I am finding nothing anywhere about known issues

This is an account issue and would need to be investigated by our mobile care team, if needed they can raise a support ticket for your My EE account to get this resolved.

I have been in contact with technical and they say I have to wait 5 day for it to be investigated but they have had multiple people call with similar issues. I think a bit of information should be posted saying that there are currently issues going on that we are looking into just to keep customers informed
