The website is built using nextjs and the promise is broken here -

And therefore the add to cart button is not adding the item to cart and thus a revenue loss for EE.

I'm also having the same issue. When I'm logged out of my account, I can add items to basket. As soon as I log in, I can't add anything to basket and anything already in, is removed. Shows error message:

Sorry, we couldn’t add this to your basket
Try again later or choose a different way to pay.


Tried different browsers, tried mobile and desktop, tried through a vpn and without as vpn. Spoke to tech support who advises no issues on my account and its a level 8 account. 

So it seems I can't buy stuff from ee

Trying to purchase outright and been a loyal customer for many many years. Three mobile phone contacts on my account. Guy I spoke with on the phone checked my account and no restrictions.

@00Test00 I know you mentioned using a mobile browser but just to check does the issue with adding things to your basket also occur in the app shop rather than website? 

With an issue like this it would typically need a ticket raised to our team to investigate your online account, was this done when you spoke with us on the phone?

Can't add anything to basket in the mobile app. No ticket was raised. How can I raise one? Although I'd imagine I'll have missed out on the deal by the time this is sorted.

@00Test00 A ticket would need to be raised by one of our team on 150. Which is the deal you are after? If it is just an outright purchase you are making have you tried checking out as a guest after adding it to your basket?

It's the Ray Ban glasses.. £329 when signed out as a guest or £199 when signed in, although that's now increased to £229 now.

@00Test00 Ah I see, well the £100 discount offer looks to be valid until 1st May so still valid for awhile yet if you were to speak to our team to raise a ticket for your online account to help get it resolved.

Hiya,

Have you logged into your EE account before adding to basket? I had an issue earlier where you couldn't add to the basket due to not being signed in. Try that, that may work.
