I can’t buy add-ons through my online ‘myee’ account, I just get this message. EE must aware of this problem as it’s been like this for days. I’m not interested in going round in circles giving all my details and trying different suggestions that don’t work. Just fix it.

Yeah I’m getting the same problem. Can add credit but not get data add on. Very frustrating and also tired of spending time contacting companies about things not working

Still the same problem. How has it still not been fixed? Absolutely useless.

Having same problem. Think its deliberate so as to purchase a pack instead. If add ons not going to be available why not say so.
