Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'm getting nowhere with phoning and speaking to CS.
They don't seem to know how to solve the problem and keep passing me between the phone team and the broadband team.
I have been with EE for over 20 years, I have six phone lines and EE broadband too, full fibre max.
My understanding is that as I have both phone and broadband I should be able to add new unlimited data sims for just £10 a month, get unlimited data on all my existing mobile plans that cost over £10 and also save £20 a month on new mobile SIM plans.
At least that's what it tells me on the app/website.
The problem is don't recieve any of those benefits and if I do try to add a new SIM I get told I need to add broadband.
When I have spoke to CS they have confirmed that my phone and broadband are linked so can't understand why this is happening and after hours of phone calls the issue still remains.
Each department (phone and broadband) keeps washing their hands of it and say it's an issue with the other. Which obviously isn't a great help tome .
I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.
Kind regards
Wesley

Hi @wezlyons,
Welcome to the Commuity!
We certainly don't want you to miss out on any offers you are entitled to, and I can understand you frustration if you're not getting the support you need when you speak with our team, as this is absolutely not the eperience we want for our customers.
We don't have access to customer accounts here on the Community, so this wouldn't be something we would be able to take a look into, so you would need to call the team in order to discuss this further, but you are able to make a complaint if you are unhappy, which does seem like the best way forward for you.
I am hopeful that you're able to get this resolved soon, and that you do get the support you need when you speak with the team next.
