Payment and calling issues

I just used Apple Pay to pay one of my bills. It showed an error but still took the money from the account and now won’t let me pay my other bill (plan payment and flex payment). I’ve tried calling EE to see what’s up and none of their numbers are connecting. Any ideas on what to do next?
