Hello, i have been cut off as have had trouble paying my phone bill recently i can pay it on the 1st august which is when i next get some money but right now i cannot afford to have it cut off as need people to contact me due to family member in hospital needing updates on them.

I am happy to pay the outstanding balance on the 1st august if only my phone can be put back on until then? i’m sorry for any inconvenience
