Heya!
I currently have a contact with EE and have had the same number for as long as I can remember but I’m wanting to get a new number due to my ex constantly called despite being blocked.. be with holds him number to call me now, is it possible to get a new number? X

It’s likely they’ll advise you to change your number which is what you’re doing but it’s also worth putting on record what’s happening.
What you’ve described definitely falls under harassment and you shouldn’t have to put up with it.

Give 150 a call, explain things and they'll change your number.
If you haven't already maybe think about reporting the calls to the police.

Firstly.. I’m glad you managed to understand what I wrote as I just realised how many spelling mistakes I made.. I blame the phone 😝 secondly, thank you so much, I’ll give 150 a call today, I think if I contacted the police they would likely tell me to get a new number to be fair but I’ll see what tomorrow brings anyway, thank you x

You may call CS & they'll change your mobile no. for £36. The charge might be waived if you can show you are being harassed.
