How can I access my call log from 2023? I'm looking for an incoming call from a specific number on a certain date. Unfortunately my mobile history doesn't go back that far.

Resolved! Pay my bill

I'm trying to pay my bill online as it didn't go through on the payment date due to my account being frozen due to fraudulent activity.  It says its overdue but it won't let me pay the outstanding balance.  Can any one help please
