Hi, I’m currently abroad and can’t make calls or send texts to contact EE. My usual payment card was suddenly removed from my account, and I can’t add it back. I’ve never had billing issues before. Is there any way to contact support from abroad without calling? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community, and I hope you've been enjoying your time abroad too 😊
If you have the EE app, you can connect with one of our guides by selecting the 'Message Us' option in the help section of the EE App.
You should be able to make payments via the app too, but if you have any trouble with this you can also use our anonymous payment link to make a payment towards any EE account / number.

@celinaa Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ? Doing this enable roaming on your account this will allow your device to connect to a roaming network.
