Hi, so when I got transferred from BT I was not told of subscriptions put onto my tv bill including sports services which I don’t watch. I have since removed a lot of stuff from my bills so hopefully they will be a lot lower however due to not being told of services on my bills I would like to ask for a refund of £150 from the past 3 months this is from services that I didn’t want to use.
