Hi,
I have made an order on Thursday last week and payment has been taken out of my account however I am still waiting on further updates from you.
please can someone advise if there’s any issues.

Did you order from the EE Store (store.ee.co.uk) or from the EE website (ee.co.uk)?
Depending on where you ordered from and what kind of order number you have, there are different ways to follow up with this.
Please do not post your order number on this public forum however.
