When I try to track my new mobile order it say timed out straight away is there an issue with tracking

@KeithWilliams1 Have you received a notification stating you have a tracking number ? your order number is generated when you place an order and it’s just an order number and until a device is allocated to you you can not track nothing, once a device is allocated you’ll receive a tracking number.
