Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I have a billing issue I’ve been trying to contact EE for days on every customer service number they have even the mobile number, none of the calls will connect , doesn’t even ring, now it’s summer holidays I’ve got kids off school and I’m working from home and no WiFi because my services have been restricted, I can call other numbers it’s literally just EE I don’t understand.

Yes!! I tried to call 150 form my mobile and no success as I received a 'call from them' allegedly saying that my sim would no longer work in 2 days time and they wanted to send me another one... so I wanted to report this as a scam.
When I call 150 is says calling but no ring tone - tried yesterday and today without success.

I've encountered a similar issue this morning when attempting to call 150 from handset.
After following the online trouble shooting guide, enabling WiFi calling which wasn't active on handset, I still couldn't reach customer support, so sent a NETWORK STATUS text to 150.
The automated message asked me to enter postcode for my area, confirming that work was recently carried out. However, if still encountering issues to reply:
NETWORK if unable to make or receive calls or texts.
DATA for internet or data problems, or
FAULT ADVISOR to speak to a guide.
I replied with FAULT ADVISOR and managed to speak to a guide after EE contacted me.

LAST TWO DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO RENEW =- BEEN WITH EE FOR 27 YEARS !!

Yesterday I lost the ability to make calls, this morning it was ok for an hour and now I'm back to not being able to make calls, what's going on?

I am also having problems using my phone to make calls. Are EE/BT sorting this ?

Mine is the same. Could briefly make calls yesterday evening but down again this morning. I need to call my vulnerable 94year old grandfather who cannot use Wi-Fi to make calls. Can’t believe it still isn’t fixed.

Hello,
For the past few days whenever I try to contact EE customer services from my EE iPhone (150) or from another phone using 0330 123 1105 or the various 0800 numbers I've found online, it never connects. From my phone it just doesn't connect and from a landline I get a "this line is temprarily out of order" message.
I am going insane or has EE got a major outage going on? Can't find any custer service status pages either.
