EE broadband issues

Hi, I’m looking for some help, I’ve got two issues so any help would be appreciated!

1) cannot activate my gamepass ultimate with my 1.6gb package - I’ll go onto the page, click activate on the add on, brings up the terms and conditions I’ll accept them and click continue it shows a loading symbol then just goes back like I’ve never clicked it?

2) WiFi enhancer is not showing at all in my app, I’ve got the add on, relinked my account, deleted app and nothing just is not there at all.

I had a case open with the guides they said they would call me today and never did then got an email saying the ticket was closed…

any help is appreciated! 🙂

Welcome to our community.

I'm sorry that your ticket was closed without resolution, that shouldn't have happened. These can be reopened within 28 days and you can do so any of the ways here Make a Complaint | Contact Us | EE.

It does sound like something our team over the phone would need to investigate further, so when they reopen your case, they can make sure that it is being looked into and remains open until you are happy it is resolved.
