Broadband cutting out high wycombe

Hi, the last week or so at around 10 pm ish the broadband cuts out continuously I'm having to continuously reset the router which does nothing I've even left it of for half hour and still nothing, all cables are find it comes and goes every few minutes I have a samsung tv that works on WiFi so I can't even watch anything properly even my mobile only shows 4g compared the 5 g and its still very weak. I've tried to check coverage and its saying its fine so any ideas would be help full I've tried every thing the website had said to do

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

We have we are trying again it seems to be from about 9-10pm ish. And the odd time through out the day so I don't know if it's because any works being done ect

Hi they did say they would do some tests weather it's been done or not I don't know, so far today it's been okay but it may go again I'll keep trying and see if anything morels been done 🙂
